The composite fiberglass flexiROD is a technologically
advanced product. To ensure that the strength is uniform and
consistent over the product life spanning years of demanding
use, the product is cured by ultra violet rays, allowing even
the inner most cores of the fiberglass rod to be completely
cured to acquire optimum strength.
A jacket of polypropylene (PP) is then applied with additives
to obtain the lowest friction coefficient for effortless pulling.The special Polypropylene outer coating ensures low friction
and high abrasion resistance. PP is also highly resilient,
besides being heat resistant. PP ensures that the product does not splinter or blister over use unlike other products/manufacturers who use HDPE coating which has a much lower life to material nature of HDPE being a softer material. |
